邯郸市无偿献血者认知、感受及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者对血液捐献的认识和感受,分析不同层面的献血人群对献血感知的心态特征,为完善我们宣传、招募、服务等无偿献血工作提供有力和科学的数据支持。方法采用问卷调查设计,对献血人群按性别、年龄、婚姻、献血时间、是否吃饭、献血次数和了解渠道进行分层,就献血者所认为和感受的血液捐献对他们的益处和不愉快之处进行单项或多项选择,当场填写并回收。结果在规定时间内收回有效问卷1 114份。就血液捐献益处,选项频次排列顺序前8项为:3,1,6,1+6,3+4,2+3,1+3,2+3+4。血液捐献令人不愉快之处前5项为:3,3+6,7,6、4。就不同层面的献血人群对这些问题的回答分析,是否吃饭对在血液捐献益处和不愉快之处的选择上以及献血时间对在后者的选择上P>0.05。其它均P<0.01。结论根据不同层面的献血群体对血液捐献的感知和认识差异,深入他们的内心需求,及时调整我们的献血服务、宣传工作,保证献血者身心健康。Objective To investigate volunteer blood donors＇ cognition and feeling towards blood donation and to analyze the distribution of awareness in the demographics of volunteer blood donors in Handan city,so as to improve recruitment strategies and service quality and to provide strong scientific support. Methods An anonymous questionnaire was completed by blood donors. After categorizing the gender,age,marriage,time of blood donation,fasting status,the number of blood donation and sources of information,the donors selected single or multiple choices on their benefits and dissatisfaction towards blood donation. Results 1 114 valid questionnaires were collected. The first 8 options about benefits were as followed： 3,1,6,1 ＋ 6,3 ＋ 4,2 ＋ 3,1 ＋ 3,2 ＋ 3 ＋ 4. The first five options about unpleasant item were as followed： 3,3 ＋6,7,6,4. The response of demographics of blood donors was analyzed and demonstrated that no statistical difference was observed in fasting status,the time of blood donation and dissatisfaction（ P〉0. 05）. There was a significant difference in other parameters（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion According to the variation in feeling and cognition in the demographics,it is important to acknowledge their needs,adjust blood donation service accordingly and ensure that the blood donors are in good physical and mental health.
