摘  要:采用激光填丝钎焊方法对厚2 mm、体积分数45%的Si Cp/2024Al复合材料接头进行钎焊工艺研究。研究不同工艺参数下的钎缝成形特征,观察接头的组织形貌,对不同热输入条件下的接头进行力学性能评价。结果表明:采用矩形光斑,60°V形坡口,激光功率2 300 W,焊接速度5 mm/s,送丝速度8 mm/s进行钎焊,可获得较好的钎缝成形;接头的最大抗拉强度为86.5 MPa;接头强度与进入钎缝的Si C颗粒有着紧密联系,在合适的工艺条件下,熔化的钎料能够与母材形成良好的结合,Si C颗粒不进入钎缝,阻止了Al4C3脆生相的形成,从而获得力学性能最优的钎焊接头。Joining characteristics of 2 mm thick Si Cp/2024Al(vol. 45%) was carried out by laser brazing with filler.Weld appearance and microstructure were investigated at both different welding parameters and heat inputs. The results indicated that good appearance was achieved when using welding speed of 5 mm/s, wire feed speed of 8 mm/s,laser power of 2 300 W with 60° V groove and rectangular spot. The maximum tensile strength could reach 86.5 MPa.The tensile strength was closely associated with the volume of Si C particles into the weld. Good bonding between molten filler and base metal was obtained in appropriate processing condition. Si C particle did not come into the weld inhibiting the formation of Al4C3 phase, which resulted in the brazed joint with good tensile strength.
