摘　　要：摘要院所实验室不仅肩负着人才培养、理论技术创新和成果转化的重任，而且是对外交流与合作的重要平台和展示窗口。实验室的安全管理工作是一切科研活动的基础和保障。首先分析了美国、日本、法国和香港等实验室安全管理工作的先进举措，阐明了安全管理的重要性；其次结合郑州果树研究所综合实验室近三年的管理工作经验，从安全理念、基础安全设施、化学危险品使用和管理、以及安全教育培训等方面剖析了主要问题并提出了解决对策，为今后的实验室安全管理提供一些理论和实践依据。Laboratories not only take up the heavy responsibilities of talents cultivation, theory of technical innovation and achievements transformation; but also are important platforms and exhibition windows of international exchange and cooperation. Laboratory safety management work is the foundation and the safeguard of all scientific research activities. Firstly advanced laboratory safety management measures were analyzed in the United States, Japan and France and Hong Kong, and the importance of safety management was clarified; Secondly combined with comprehensive laboratory work in nearly three years management experience in ZFRI, the main problems were analyzed in safety philosophy, dangerous chemicals usage and management and safety training and so on. Therefore, the corresponding countermeasure was put forward for the future of laboratory safety management to provide some theoretical and practical basis.
