高校二级学院党建工作服务学生成长成才机制的实践探索——以重庆文理学院旅游学院为例

摘　　要：新形势下高校二级学院党建工作如何服务学生成长成才一直是一个热点问题。重庆文理学院旅游学院党总支积极地开展了一系列卓有成效的探索:着眼于两个层面,建设学习型党组织;抓住三个重点,夯实党建工作基础;实施四大工程,建设服务型党组织;推出五项举措,建设服务型党组织。经过师生党员的共同努力,取得了比较令人满意的效果。It is a hot topic about how to serve students to help them growing up healthily in the Party construction work of secondary school in university under the background of new situation. The gener- al Party branch of Tourism College in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences has gained a series of achievements. It emphasized on two levels to build the learning-oriented Party organization （PO） and focused on three key points to strengthen the foundation of Party works. Then, it also attached great importance to build service-oriented PO by implementing four projects and five measures. The above has gotten satisfactory effects under the joint efforts by party members of teachers and students.
