摘　　要：重庆理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业,为了迎合当下工业社会对高级人才的需求,培养拔尖创新人才,在实践中深入融合德国元素,从人才培养模式、人才培养方案、导师团队建设和个性化培养环境构建4个方面进行了探索。Combined with the current background,in order to meet the demand of contemporary industrial society for senior talent to cultivate top-notch innovative talent, taking the case of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation,Chongqing University of Technology explored and practiced on the mode of talent training,the training programs,the construction of teacher team and the construction of personal cultivation environment in order to cultivate top-notch innovative talent.
