摘　　要：2012年至2014年期间,某型恒速传动装置先后在北方多处机场因天气极度寒冷出现"起动延迟"现象,即从发动机点火到组合传动电源(包括恒速传动装置和交流发电机)发电并网的时间超出规定要求,涉及新疆、吉林、甘肃等多处部队多架飞机。During 2012 to 2014, a certain type of constant speed drive successively more than in the north airport because of the extremely cold weather appear ＂start delay＂ phenomenon, namely from engine ignition to combination drive power supply （including constant speed drive and alternator） grid-connected time within the prescribed requirements, related to xinjiang, jilin, gansu several forces, such as plane.
