摘　　要：工厂化装修是建筑工业化发展的重要组成部分。上世纪90年代末由西方引入我国至今已推行十多年,逐步为人们认识和接受。但由于技术的局限和标准的空缺,导致工厂化装修在全国推行的步伐极为缓慢。文章基于工厂化装修技术标准的研究,介绍了工厂化装修的优势、特点,并通过对我国建筑装饰行业技术标准的现状分析,阐述实行工厂化装修需要解决的关键问题和建议措施。As an important part of the building industrialized development, the industrialized decoration has been gradually knew and accepted in China after it was first introduced at the 1990s from the West over ten years ago. However, its development was very slow caused by the limited technology and a lack of standards. This paper, based on the research of industrialized decoration technology standards, introduces the advantages and features of industrialized decoration, analyzes the status quo of technical standards in Chinese building decoration industry, and elaborates the key problems in implementing industrialized decoration and related measures to be taken for suggestion.
