摘 要:针对救援工况的特殊性和复杂性,以国产某型号提升机为基础,进行救援提升机非标设计。首先运用传统的解析方法对主轴在正常及非正常载荷工况下分别进行强度计算与校核;接着利用UG对救援提升机主轴构建3D模型,并导入ANSYS中进行2种工况下的强度分析,求出其应力、应变分布状况,找出危险截面。The main shaft of the rescue hoist is the key bearing part of the rescue hoist, which plays the role of bearing load and transmitting torque in the operation of the rescue hoist. According to the known data, the traditional analytic method is used to check the strength of the spindle. At the same time, UG software is used to construct the three dimensional solid model to the rescue hoist spindle parts , then , the 3D model is imported into the ANSYS Workbench software to operate numerical simulation analysis of the stress and strain state in the rescue hoist spindle under a certain load , figuring out the stress distribution, finding out the danger section and checking the strength.
