摘　　要：我国大型振动筛研发较晚,与国外知名品牌原装进口的振动筛相比,使用寿命短、故障率高。造成以上问题,有设计问题,也有原材料选择、零部件制造、整机装配、设备安装与使用等原因造成。主要从振动筛的原材料选择、零部件制造、整机装配与试车等方面进行了研究与探讨。The study of large vibrating screen is late than most famous foreign original imported vibrating screen, for example： short product time, high failure rate, high cost and product design defect. This reasons maybe include raw material, parts making, assembling method, product installation, the way of using and any others reasons. This study will discuss and talk more about these reasons.
