摘　　要：提出了一种新型液压抓斗式矿车取料机以实现上料的机械化。首先分析了该新型矿车取料机的结构形式和工作原理,然后运用ANSYS Workbench软件对关键部件进行了有限元分析,最后对提出的新型矿用取料机开展了样机的试制及工业性试验研究。A new type tramcar reclaimer with hydraulic bucket is proposed to realize the mechanization of feeding concrete materials. The structural style and working principle of the newly developed reclaimer is firstly analyzed, and then the finite element analysis of the key components is conducted by ANSYS Workbench software. Finally, the trail-manufacture and industrial experiments of the proposed new reclaimer are carried out.
