摘　　要：介绍王书臣治疗原发性支气管肺癌(简称肺癌)的临证经验。根据肺癌患者不同阶段气、血、痰、毒、虚的变化特点,辨别虚实,病证结合。肺癌病变局限时,应辨病与辨证相结合,尽早解毒消癥化积,防止毒邪内陷扩散;发生转移时,力求内守正气,平衡阴阳,与邪毒共生;手术切除肿瘤后,当培补元气,清除余邪,防止复发。This article introduces the clinical experience in the treatment of primary bronchogenic carcinoma（ in short,lung cancer）. WANG Shuchen holds that,the doctors should differentiate the excess or deficiency and combine the disease and syndrome based on the changing features of Qi,blood,phlegm,toxin and deficiency in different stages. When lung cancer is localized,the doctors should combines the disease and syndrome,detoxin and dissolve the stasis,so that to prevent the cancer toxin going inside and metastasis; when there is metastasis,the doctors should strengthen the immune system,keep Yin-Yang balance,so that the patient could live with the cancer toxin. After the resection of cancer lesions,the doctors should tonify vital Qi,and clear the remaining toxin,in order to prevent recurrence.
