摘 要:[目的]选择替代寄主是大规模繁殖管氏肿腿蜂(Sclerodermus guani Xiao et Wu)面临的重要挑战之一,本研究旨在评价以黄粉甲(Tenebrio molitor L.)作为替代寄主的价值。[方法]观察和测定了黄粉甲蛹体质量及管氏肿腿蜂在其上的落卵量,并分析了这2个因子与管氏肿腿蜂子代蜂发育指标之间的关系。[结果]发育至老熟幼虫的子代蜂数量不受寄主体质量的影响,而与落卵量存在显著的二次函数关系,随落卵量增大,老熟幼虫数量先线性增大,然后略有下降。羽化出蜂数量不受寄主体质量的影响,但随落卵量增多而增大,落卵量在20粒以内,羽化出蜂数随落卵量增多而缓慢增大;大于20粒后,出蜂数大幅增多。子代出蜂的性比(雄性占比)不受寄主体质量和落卵量的影响。[结论]管氏肿腿蜂在黄粉甲蛹上的发育受落卵量的影响较大,而受寄主体质量的影响较小。[ Objectives ] Substitutive hosts are of critical importance to mass production of Sclerodermus guani, a powerful natural enemy in biological control of forest pests. [ Methods] This study was to quantitatively evaluate effects of body weight of the substitutive host Tenebrio molitor and number of eggs deposited on the host on developmental performances of offspring parasitoids. [ Results ] Number of larvae survived to final instar was not influenced by host body weight, but was by the number of eggs on the host in a quadratic function,increasing linearly and then slightly levelling off with the number of eggs. Number of offspring parasitoids survived to final instar was not affected by host body weight, but was positively influenced by the number of eggs, increasing slowly with less than 20 eggs but rapidly with more than 20 eggs. Sex ratio of offspring parasitoids was not affected by host body weight and number of eggs on a host. [ Conclusions ] The results of this study suggest that developmental performances of S. guani on T. molitor pupae were more affected by the number of eggs on the host than by host body weight.
