琥珀蚕成虫触角的超微结构观察

摘　　要：琥珀蚕(Antheraea assama)是一种珍贵的野蚕资源,研究成虫触角感器的形态结构对阐明其嗅觉行为和识别机制有重要意义。用扫描电子显微镜观察琥珀蚕成虫触角表面的结果表明:成虫的触角有4种感器,分别是毛形感器、锥形感器、刺形感器和腔锥形感器,其中毛形感器数量最多,腔锥形感器较少;雌性与雄性成虫的触角外形、感器数量和种类都有明显的差异,雄蛾触角呈羽状且较宽,毛形感器Ⅰ和腔锥形感器仅分布于雄蛾的触角,而雌蛾触角呈栉齿状且较窄,毛形感器Ⅱ、锥形感器和刺形感器为雌、雄成虫所共有。琥珀蚕成虫触角感器的类型总体较少(雄蛾有4种,雌蛾有3种),从雌、雄成虫触角毛形感器的分布差异初步推测,雄蛾特有的毛形感器Ⅰ具有探测性信息素化合物的功能,雌、雄成虫共有的毛形感器Ⅱ主要用于探测寄主植物化学信息。Antheraea assama Westwood（ Lepidoptera： Saturniidae） is a precious wild silk-spinning insect. Research on morphological structure of the adult olfaction sensillum will be useful to elucidate the olfactory behavior and its recognition mechanism. The surfaces of adult antennal sensilla of A. assama were observed with a scanning electron microscopy（ SEM）. The results showed that 4 types of sensilla were found on the antennae of adults including sensilla trichodea（ ⅠandⅡ）,sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconca,and sensilla coelocomica,among which sensilla trichodea was the most numerous,and sensilla coelocomica was the least. There were distinct differences in shapes of antennae,amount and types of antennal sensilla between male and female adults. The antennae of male adult were plumed and wide. Sensilla trichodeaⅠand sensilla coelocomica were found only in the antennae of male adults. The antennae of femal adult were pectinate and narrow. Sensilla trichodeaⅡ,sensilla chaetica and sensilla basiconca were observed in both male and female adults. In summary,there are a few types of antennal sensilla in A. assama adults（ 4 types in male and 3 types in female）. Based on the distribution differences of sensilla trichodea in male and female adults, it is preliminarily inferred that sensilla trichodeaⅠ which is possessed only by male adult is related to pheromone detection and scnsilla trichodea Ⅱ which is possessed by both male and female adults is mainly used to detect chemical information of its host plant.
