摘 要:通过对区域自我发展能力指标体系的构建,使用熵值法对我国1997—2013年间30个省份的区域自我发展能力综合指数进行评估。结果显示东部地区自我发展能力综合指数最高,中部地区次之,西部地区最低。接着对各省份碳生产力进行计算,发现东部碳生产力最高,其次为中部,西部最低。最后,实证研究碳生产力对区域自我发展能力的影响,发现碳生产力对区域自我发展能力影响显著;并且碳生产力对东部和中部地区自我发展能力的影响方式与对西部地区不同,东部和中部地区的碳生产力与区域自我发展能力呈"U型"关系,而西部地区的碳生产力与区域自我发展能力存在正向的线性关系。所以,可通过提高碳生产力来增强区域自我发展能力。Through the construction of index system of regional selfdevelopment ability, and by using the entropy method, the paper evaluated self - development capacity comprehensive index of China's 30 provinces from 1997 to 2012. The result showed that region self - development capacity index of the eastern region was the highest ; the central region was the second ; the western region was the lowest. Then, the paper calculated carbon productivity of each province, and found that the eastern region had the highest carbon productivity, followed by the central region; the western region was the lowest. Finally, the paper empirically studied the impact of carbon productivity on regional self - development capacity, and found that: carbon productivity had a significant impact on region self-development capacity; the way was different on how carbon productivity influence self - development capacity in the eastern , central and western parts of China ; for the eastern and central regions, carbon productivity and region self- development ability had the " U" relationship; while for the western region, self-development capacity and carbon productivity had a positive linear relationship. So, it can enhance the regional self development ability by improving carbon productivity.
