特殊自然环境下视屏显示终端作业人员职业生命质量及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过对特殊自然环境下视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员的问卷调查,了解VDT作业人员的职业生命质量及其影响因素。方法采用SF-36量表、职业倦怠问卷、工作紧张测量问卷、社会支持评定量表通过分层整群抽样的方法,抽取VDT作业人员301人为调查对象。结果不同性别间的生理健康评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄间和不同月薪间的生理健康评分、心理健康评分和职业生命质量总评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称间的心理健康评分差异有统计学意义,且初级、中级职称与副高级职称间两两比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同婚姻状况间的生理健康评分和职业生命质量总评分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业倦怠总分、组织支持缺乏指数和社会支持总分均对特殊环境下VDT作业人员的职业生命质量产生影响;年龄、工龄、婚姻状况、月薪、生理健康状况、心理健康状况、社会支持度与职业生命质量呈正相关;而工作紧张指数、工作压力指数、组织支持缺乏指数和职业倦怠总分与职业生命质量间呈负相关。结论特殊自然环境下VDT作业人员的职业生命质量较低。Objective To investigate the video display terminal（VDT）operators who worked in natural special environment,in order to understand their quality of working life and its influencing factors by questionnaire survey.Methods Three hundreds and one VDT operators were investigated using the SF-36,CMBI,JSS and SSRS questionnaire through stratified cluster random sampling.Results The physiological health score between different gender had statistically significant（P 〈0.05）;Between different age and different salary,physical health score,physiological health score and total score of the quality of life had statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The physiological health score between groups with different professional titles had statistical significant（P〈0.05）;The physical health score and the total score of the quality of life between different marital status had statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Job burnout score,lack of organizational support index and total score of social support influenced the quality of life whom worked under the special natural environment;Age,length of service,marital status,salary,physical health,mental health and social support were positively correlated with the quality of life;Work stress,job stress,lack of organizational support and job burnout index scores were negatively correlated with the quality of life.Conclusions Under the special natural environment,VDT operators had poor quality of life.
