摘  要:病毒作为人类多种疾病的病原体之一,具有非常复杂的感染和繁殖机制,尤其是人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和肝炎病毒(HBV/HCV),至今没有彻底清除的方法,严重影响患者的生命健康和生存质量。对病毒发病机理的研究是攻克抗病毒药物研究难题及改善抗病毒治疗的关键。数学模型作为促进人们理解病毒产生、复制和消除的重要工具,如今已广泛应用于抗病毒药物研究和病毒发病机理研究。本文概述了:(1)病毒感染动力学的基本模型及其在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和肝炎病毒(HBV/HCV)研究中的应用;(2)以基本模型为基础的药物的干预作用模型;(3)病毒靶细胞模型;(4)机体对病毒产生免疫作用的免疫模型;(5)病毒耐药性突变模型等。这些模型可为今后的抗病毒研究提供有价值的参考。The infection and reproduction mechanism of virus are very complicated, especially HIV virus and hepatitis virus, which are viral pathogens of variety human diseases, seriously affecting the health and quality of patients'life. It's difficult to breakthrough this point at present. The research of the virus pathogenesis is the key to challenge the an- tiviral problems and improve antiviral treatments. Mathematical models have been widely used to antiviral research and viral pathogenesis study nowadays, which is an important tool to understand the production, replication and elimination process of virus. This paper mainly outlines the basic model of virus infection dynamics, as well as the applications of base model in the human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV ) and hepatitis viruses ( HBV/HCV ) re- search. Based on the model basic, protease inhibi- tors and reverse transcriptase inhibitors are used as model examples to introduce the drug intervention model. Also the target cell model, the immune re- sponse model and virus resistance mutations model have been described in this paper.
