扬州市某医院孕中期妇女心理健康现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕中期妇女的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为开展及时、有效、针对性的孕期心理干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、孕妇一般情况调查表,对2014年1月至2015年7月到扬州市妇幼保健院心理门诊接受心理健康评估的孕中期妇女进行调查,并进行卫生统计学分析。结果通过对542例孕中期妇女的调查显示,SCL-90焦虑因子得分检出率为14.2%,高于全国常模(7.8%)(P<0.01)。高年龄、低学历、低家庭月收入及非妊娠意愿、夫妻感情差的孕中期妇女更易出现焦虑,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与公婆关系差、对居住环境不满意的孕中期妇女焦虑检出率偏高(P<0.05)。结论孕中期妇女的心理健康总体状况良好,焦虑是主要的负性情绪。年龄、文化水平、家庭月收入、妊娠意愿、夫妻情感、与公婆的关系及对居住的满意度是主要影响因素。Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of mental health among the second trimester pregnant women,so as to provide the basis for timely,effective and specific psychological intervention during pregnancy. Methods Symptom Check List-90 form and general questionnaires were applied to investigate the status of mental health among the second trimester pregnant women who were attending the psychological clinic of Yangzhou city maternity and child care hospital from January 2014 to July 2015. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results Among 542 pregnant women surveyed, the detection rate of SCL-90 anxiety factor was 14.2 % ,higher than that of the national standard （7.8%） （ P 〈0.01）. Anxiety was comparatively more often shown among women with older age,lower education, lower family income,non-pregnancy intention, poor relationship between couples（ P 〈0.01）. The detection rate of anxi ety was also high among women with poor relationship with parents in-laws and unsatisfactory living conditions （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In general,the status of mental health among the second trimester pregnant women is in good condition. Anxiety is the major negative emotion. Age, education level, household income, the pregnancy intention, couples sentiment, relationship with parents in-laws and the degree of satisfaction with living conditions are the main influencing factors.
