摘　　要：潍坊市地处黄河三角洲高效生态经济区、山东半岛蓝色经济区以及胶东半岛高端产业聚集区叠加位置,外贸发展地域优势明显。潍坊市始终把外贸转型升级作为转变外贸发展方式、增创外贸新优势的重要措施。数量庞大的小微企业是现代经济生活中最为活跃的一支力量。现阶段,全球经济复苏放缓、企业生产成本上涨等因素都极大地蚕食着外贸企业利润,数量庞大的小微外贸企业更是举步维艰。文章结合潍坊市产业集群发展现状及特点,分析小微外贸企业的发展现状,提出构建适合潍坊市小微外贸企业实际的转型升级基本要求及具体运行模式。Abstract：Weifang city is located in the overlay position of fficient ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta, Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone and Jiaodong Peninsula high-end industrial zone, it has obvious geographical advantages in the development of foreign trade. The transformation and upgrading of foreign trade is an important measure to change the mode of foreign trade development and create new advantages. The large number of small and micro businesses is an active force in the modern economic life. At present, the recovery of the global economy is slowdown, the pressure of RMB appreciation is increasing, the production costs are rising, these factors have greatly nibbling the profits of foreign trade enterprises.The development of the majority of small foreign trade enterprises is more difficult. Combined with the development status and characteristics of industrial cluster in Weifang, this paper analyzed the current development situation of the small foreign trade enterprises, then put forward the basic requirements and specific mode for the transformation and upgrading of small foreign trade enterprise in Weifang.
