基于AHP的高校教师科技创新能力影响因素分析

摘　　要：创新是高校科技发展的灵魂,高校教师作为科技创新主体的重要组成部分,其科技创新能力的高低制约着高校科技的发展步伐,也影响着一个高校的生存和发展。因此分析高校教师科技创新能力影响因素显得尤为重要。文章归纳总结了影响高校教师科技创新能力的3大类16个具体因子,运用层次分析法,筛选出对高校教师科技创新能力影响最主要的因素,并据此提出了提升高校教师科技创新能力的几点建议。Innovation is the soul of technological development in Universities. University teachers are an important part of technological innovation. The high or low innovative ability of science and technology restricts the development of science and technology and affects the survival and development of colleges and universities. So it is very necessary to analyze the influencing factors of University Teachers＇ technological innovation ability. The author sums up the 16 major categories of 3 kinds of specific factors using the AHP,which influences the innovation ability of teachers in colleges and universities,and gives some suggestions.
