摘　　要：在我国城市地下综合管廊建设机遇期的大背景下,论述建设城市地下综合管廊的意义,分析存在的建设资金投入大、建设模式单一和运营管理难度高等问题,最后提出拓展投资建设模式、建立收费机制、树立设施管理理念和完善管理制度等对策措施,为我国综合管廊建设与管理决策提供参考。Under the background of utility tunnel construction in China,the paper firstly discusses the significance of the utility tunnel construction. Secondly,analyzes the problems of the large capital investment on construction,single construction model,high difficulty of operational management etc. Lastly,proposes some countermeasures and suggestions,such as expanding construction models,establishing charging mechanisms,setting up ideas of facility management,perfecting the management institutions,in order to provide reference for the decision about construction and management of the utility tunnel construction in China.
