总价合同体系下工程量差异导致合同价款的调整研究

摘　　要：首先,基于不完全契约理论,总结引起工程量差异的工程量清单缺项、工程变更等主要因素;其次,引入合同状态理论,分析总价合同的合同状态改变以及补偿机理;最后,基础上述分析,给出总价合同工程量差异出现后的调整策略。First,based on the incomplete contract theory,summarizes the main factors of difference of quantities that including the engineering change,List missing item and quantity deviation. Second,uses the analytical tool of contract status to research the change of the lump-sum contract status and the compensation mechanism.In the end,provides the coping strategy to the contract price adjustment coursed by the difference of quantities under the condition of the lump sum contract.
