摘　　要：以安全可靠性、经济适用性、节能环保性等为评价内容,参考相关规定及资料收集、预设评价指标,结合专家评分进行指标筛选,建立村镇建设工程标准实施绩效的综合评价指标体系;以《村庄整治技术规范》绩效评价为例,分析评价体系的应用,以期为村镇建设工程标准的实施绩效评价提供可行的测量工具。This paper presets performance evaluation index with the contents of safety reliability,economic applicability,energy saving and environmental protection by reference to the relevant provisions and data collection,and confirms the evaluation index system for performance evaluation of village and town construction engineering standard by using experts grading method to select indicator. Taking the example of Technique Code For Village Rehabilitation,analyzes the application of the evaluation index system,in order to provide a viable measurement tool for the implementation of the performance evaluation of village and town construction engineering standards.
