摘  要:磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是新近开发的一种主要应用于头部检查的磁共振成像方法 ,区别于以往的质子密度、T1WI、T2WI及磁共振血管成像方法 ,其优势在于SWI可清晰地显示颅内静脉结构和铁沉积。近年来随着高场磁共振和超高场磁共振在临床上的研究及使用,SWI已经应用于各类头部疾病检查领域,人们开始逐渐接受和认可新技术的改进,并对其应用潜能给予了极大的关注。本文综述了SWI在新生儿脑病、脑外伤、脑梗死及脑肿瘤的临床应用。Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) is a newly developed method which is mainly used in magnetic resonance imaging examination of the head. It is different from conventional proton density Weighted Imaging, T1WI, T2WI and magnetic resonance angiography imaging method, SWI has the field MRI and ultra-high-field magnetic resonance imaging study and clinical application of SWI, the method has been used in various areas of the head disease surveillance. And people began to accept the improvement and application of new technologies and give great concern on its application potential. In this paper, SWI clinical application will be reviewed in neonatal encephalopathy, brain injury, cerebral infarction infarct of brain, brain tumors.
