摘　　要：伴随着心血管疾病的高发,心血管植入装置已成为一种常规的治疗手段。磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查可严重影响起搏器功能,磁共振兼容性心脏起搏系统诞生之前,植入心脏起搏器患者被严禁接受MRI检查。本文就心脏起搏器的发展历程,MRI与心脏起搏器的相互作用,以及MRI兼容性的安全使用策略进行综述。As high rates of cardiovascular disease, cardiovascularimplants devices become a common treatment.Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） has the potential hazards in the pacemaker. It is relatively contraindicated for patients with implantable cardiac pacemakers before the MRI compatible pacemakers are generated. The innovations of cardiac pacemakes, the interactions of MRI environment with pacemakers and MRI-conditional safety were discussed in this review.
