摘　　要：目的了解四川省儿童大骨节病病情现状及防治措施落实情况,为评价防治效果、调整防治措施提供科学依据。方法根据四川省各大骨节病病区县的历史病情状况,在25个县299个村开展儿童大骨节病病情监测,收集各村自然环境和社会经济等基础资料,采用临床和X线拍片的方法,调查四川省儿童大骨节病病情现状及相关防治措施落实情况。结果临床检查7-12岁儿童8 944人,未检出Ⅰ度及以上大骨节病病例;拍摄儿童右手X线片8 944张,检出阳性片5张,平均阳性检出率0.06%,病情活跃程度平均指数0.06,病情严重程度平均指数0.06。结论四川省儿童大骨节病病情处于极低水平,病区村病情保持稳定控制状态,但仍存在致病因子,需继续加强对大骨节病的监测。Objective To investigate prevalence of Kashin-Beck disease（KBD） among children in Sichuan province and implementation status of KBD prevention measures, to provide scientific basis for assessment of prevention effect at present and adjustment of prevention measures in the future. Methods Based on historical distribution of KBD cases in endemic regions in Sichuan, a survey of the prevalence of KBD among children and relevant implementation status of KBD prevention measures was conducted at 299 villages in 25 counties in 2015 by clinical diagnosis and X-ray radiography, while information associated with local natural environment and social-economy was collected. Results There were 8 944 children aged 7-12 years taking clinical examination and no cases with the disease of grade Ⅰ or above were identified, however, radiological examination on right hands of the 8 944 children revealed 5 positive cases, with positive rate of 0.06%, average KBD activity index of 0.06, and the average KBD severity index of 0.06. Conclusions The prevalence of KBD among children remains very low in Sichuan province, 2015, while KBD cases in all of the investigated endemic villages are stable and controllable, and the surveillance should be reinforced.
