摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,使用六甲基二硅氧烷为分子量调节剂,在二甲基亚砜促进作用下,使用本体聚合的方法合成带有双键的预聚有机硅预聚体。再选用核-壳聚合的方式,把丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅预聚体、有机改性纳米LDH进行聚合,合成出不同LDH含量的复合树脂乳液。通过耐水性测试可以得出,硅丙树脂/LDH纳米复合相比于纯丙烯酸树脂在耐水性、耐腐蚀性等方面有明显的提升。有机改性LDH的加入,可以明显加强复合树脂的耐酸碱性,同时改性后的树脂膜在拉伸强度方面也均得到了提高。当有机改性LDH含量为3%时聚合物的性能达到最佳。实验证明,LDH的加入可以有效地提高丙烯酸树脂对于抵抗紫外线、酸雨等恶劣气候的性能。Used octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxanes( D4),γ-methylacryloylorganosiloxane and hexamethyl disiloxane as raw materials,catalyzed by promoted by dimethyl sulfoxide,synthesized organosilicon which side chain include diunsaturated bond by bulk polymerization. The organosilicon / acrylate copolymer emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. Compared to pure acrylic resin in water resistance and corrosion resistance,the silicone modified acrylic resin / LDH significantly improved. Adding modified LDH,acrylic resin have significantly strengthened the resistance to acid and alkali,and modified resin film strength were improved obviously in the tensile. Used the method for variable control,the best organosilicon acrylic emulsion was made with LDH of 3%. Experiments showed that the addition of LDH can effectively improve the performance of acrylic resin resistance to ultraviolet light,acid rain and other harsh climate.
