摘  要:通过改变促进剂的量来调节乙烯基树脂凝胶时间,确定了最优固化配方,并对树脂固化物的固化度、力学性能、玻璃化转变温度等进行测试。测试结果表明,树脂固化物固化度为92.36%,弯曲强度为145MPa,拉伸强度为98MPa,压缩强度可达138MPa,玻璃化转变温度为97.7℃。By changing the amount of accelerator to adjust the vinyl resin gel time,determine the optimal curing formula,and the curing degree,mechanical properties and glass transition temperature of the resin cured product were tested. The test results showed that the degree of curing of the resin was 92. 36%,the bending strength was145 MPa,the tensile strength was 98 MPa,the compressive strength can reach 138 MPa,the glass transition temperature was 97. 7℃.
