摘 要:目的:观察咳喘宁对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)诱发哮喘模型大鼠肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分成6组,每组10只,分别为正常组、模型组、西药治疗组、咳喘宁大、中、小剂量组。以卵白蛋白致敏激发并用RSV滴鼻建立哮喘大鼠模型。实验第49天开始给药干预,干预7 d后处死大鼠,检测各组大鼠肺泡灌洗液EOS计数、IL-17及IL-8含量。结果:咳喘宁组肺泡灌洗液中EOS计数、IL-17及IL-8含量明显低于模型组;咳喘宁与西药相当,但作用与药物剂量相关。结论:咳喘宁可降低RSV诱发哮喘大鼠EOS浸润、IL-17及IL-8的表达。Objective: To observe the effect of Kechuanning (咳喘宁, KCN) on eosinophil (EOS), Interleukin-17 (IL-17) and Interleukin-8 (IL-8) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of asthmatic rats induced by synthetic syncytial virus (RSV). Methods: The 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 rats in each group. Groups were respectively in normal group, model group, western medicine group, KCN big, middle and small dose group. The asthmatic model was established by sensitizing with ovalbumin and nose dripping with RSV. On the 49 days for the excitation phase, the rats were intervened with the drug. After treatment for 7 days, the rats were killed and measured in BALF of EOS count, IL-17 and IL-8 content. Results: The EOS count, IL-17 and IL-8 content of KCN group were lower than that of model group. The effect was identical with the western medicine group, but the effect was related to the dose. Conclusions: KCN can decrease the level of EOS, IL-17 and IL-8 of asthmatic rats to prevent and cure asthma.
