摘　　要：目的:观察三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效,并探索其作用机理。方法:将240例符合纳入标准的患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予基础治疗(左旋咪唑片口服),治疗组给予基础治疗加三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷。结果:治疗后12个月两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6、12个月Ig G、CD4/CD8比较,治疗组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后3、6、12个月PAF变化比较,治疗组均低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷防治小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效较好,可改善机体免疫球蛋白,调整T细胞亚群,提高患儿免疫力。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes （三黄屏风膏, SHPFP） on infantile repeated respiratory infection, and to explore its action mechanism. Methods： The 240 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and control group was given basic treatment （levamisole oral）, treatment group was given basic treatment combined with SHPFP. Results： After treatment of 12 months, the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. At the time of 6 months and 12 months, the content of IgG, CD4/CD8 in treatment group was all higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. And at the time of 3, 6, 12 months, the PAF of treatment group was lower than the other group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： SHPFP has good effect on infantile recurrent respiratory infection; it can improve the body＇s immune globulin, regulate the disorder T cell subgroup, and enhance immunity of the children.
