摘  要:介绍了工业以太网主站可编程控制器(PLC)的硬件和软件设计,阐述了智能照明系统总体方案,以工业以太网主站PLC为核心,实现多模场景回路调控、能耗计量、状态监测和远程管理等智能化功能,提高了照明设备的使用寿命。实践运行结果表明,相对于传统照明方式,智能照明系统能节省约35%的能耗,且减少了维护成本。This paper introduced the hareware and software designs of industrial Ethernet master programmable logic controller( PLC),and elaborated a overall scheme of intelligent lighting system,which was built with the industrial Ethernet master PLC as the core. It is pointed out that the intelligent lighting system has the intelligent functions including loop control of multimode scene,energy metering,status monitoring and remote management,which can improve the service life of lighting equipments. The actual operation of intelligent lighting system results show that compared with the traditional lighting system,the intelligent lighting system can save about 35% energy consumption and reduce the maintenance costs.
