摘 要:联苯菊酯是一种新型的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,为了探索联苯菊酯在土壤中的降解因素,本文通过室内试验同时建立了联苯菊酯在土壤中的气相色谱(GC-ECD)检测方法。探讨了土壤中的含水率、微生物以及p H对联苯菊酯降解的影响。联苯菊酯在土壤中的回收率为85.60%~98.89%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.29%~3.12%。结果表明:土壤中含水率越高,微生物越多。p H越高,联苯菊酯在土壤中的降解越快。联苯菊酯在土壤中的降解主要受p H和微生物数量影响。Bifenthrin is a new type ofpyrethroid insecticide. In order to explore the factors of degradation of bifenthrin in soil, a method of determining bifenthrin in soil was developed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD). Effect of soil moisture, soil microorganism and pH on degradation of bifenthrin was also studied. The recovery of bifenthrin in the soil was 85.60%-98.89%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.29%-3.12% .The results show that, the higher the moisture content in soil, the higher the microorganism content; the higher the PH, the faster the degradation speed ofbifenthrin in the soil. The degradation speed of bifenthrin in soil is mainly influenced by microorganism content and PH.
