摘  要:通过使用电渗析技术在一定条件下对硫酸钠稀溶液模拟的工业副产硫酸钠废液进行浓缩,成功将硫酸钠溶液由0.28 mol/L(40 g/L)浓缩到1.18 mol/L(168 g/L)。得到的硫酸钠浓溶液有两个回收利用途径,一是经冷却结晶后直接得到芒硝(Na2SO4?10H2O),二是进入MVR蒸发器蒸发干燥得到元明粉(无水Na2SO4)。通过电渗析技术,将硫酸钠废液浓缩约4.2倍,降低了后续生产芒硝和元明粉的成本,也减少了硫酸钠废液的排放,避免了对环境的污染。Simulated sodium sulfate wastewater was concentrated from 0.28 mol/L (40 g / L) to 1.18 mol/L (168 g/L) by electrodialysis technology under certain conditions. The concentrated sodium sulfate solution has two recycling utilization ways: one is to directly use it to prepare mirabilite (Na2SO4·10H2O) through cooling crystallization, the other is to input it into MVR evaporator to get anhydrous sodium sulfate (anhydrous Na2SO4) by evaporation drying. Sodium sulfate wastewater is concentrated about 4.2 times by electrodialysis, which can reduce the production cost of mirabilite and anhydrous sodium sulfate, and decrease the waste liquid emission of sodium sulfate to avoid the pollution to the environment.
