益气活血中药对糖尿病心肌病大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血中药对糖尿病心肌病大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法以高脂高糖饮食负荷腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型,造模4周后给予益气活血中药灌胃治疗,设空白对照、模型组为对照,4周后观察大鼠一般情况,计算心脏重量指数,采用HE染色光镜下观察心肌病理损害,流式细胞术测定心肌细胞凋亡率。结果与模型组比较,给予益气活血中药各组血糖水平降低、体重增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);心肌病理损害减轻,心肌细胞凋亡率降低。结论益气活血中药能改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠一般情况、血糖、体重及心肌组织结构,抑制糖尿病心肌病大鼠心肌细胞的凋亡。Objective To observe the effect of qi-benefiting and blood-circulation activating herbs for myocardial apoptosis in rats with diabetic myocardiosis. Methods Diabetic myocardiosis models of rats were set up by feeding high-carbonhydrate-high-fat diet and by introperitoneally injecting streptozotocin. After 4 weeks,they were given qi-benefiting and blood-circulation activating herbs by gavage and divided into the blank control group and model group. The general conditions were observed,the heart weight index were calculated,the pathological damage of myocardium were observed under HE staining light microwave,myocardial apoptosis rate were detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the model group,the blood sugar level was lowered and the body weight increased after qi-benefiting and blood-circulation activating herbs were given to the model group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05,P 0. 01）; the pathological damage of myocardium were alleviated and myocardial apoptosis were lowered. Conclusion Qibenefiting and blood-circulation activating herbs can improve the general condition,blood sugar,body weight and myocardial structure of rats with diabetic myocardiosis and inhibit myocardial apoptosis of rats with diabetic myocardiosis.
