摘　　要：裸鼹鼠是一种奇特的动物,具有寿命长、抗肿瘤、耐缺氧、新陈代谢率低、痛觉缺失、触觉灵敏、视觉功能低下、骨骼再生能力强等诸多特点。本文在概述裸鼹鼠上述生物学特点的基础上,结合当前肿瘤、衰老、低氧适应以及疼痛等领域研究趋势,对裸鼹鼠在生物医学研究中的应用前景进行分析与展望。Naked mole rats are unique animals with long lifetime,anti-tumor properties,hypoxia tolerance,low metabolic rate,analgesia,tactile sensitiveness,poor eyesight and strong bone regeneration ability. Based on the basic biological characteristics of naked mole rats,and the current research trends in the field of cancer,aging,hypoxia tolerance,as well as algesia,this review focuses on the application prospects of naked mole rats in biomedical research.
