摘　　要：外科手术围术期医疗体系(PSH),即以手术患者为中心,以特定医生为主导,各专业之间互相合作的一种创新医疗工作模式。实践PSH将有助于改善医疗质量、改进医疗服务和降低医疗费用。麻醉专业应通过更新麻醉理念、规范医疗行为、加强管理体系建设,来助力实践PSH,打造一个安全、高效,适合中国国情的PSH。The perioperative surgical home（PSH）is a patient centered,specialized physician led,team based,innovative model of delivering health care during the entire patient surgical/procedural experience.PSH is designed to achieve the triple aim of improving health,improving the delivery of healthcare,and reducing the cost of care.Anesthesiologists are called to update their professional role,standardize practice and strengthen management system,for the building of a safe,efficient and localized PSH.
