摘  要:基于气-液-固三相流理论以及相似理论和量纲分析原理,自主设计并研制了一套水平环空多相复杂流动物理模拟实验装置。该装置可实现对常规或低密度钻井液携岩环空复杂流动的可视化物理模拟。利用该装置开展了充气欠平衡钻井水平段环空岩屑运移物理模拟实验;并针对气液体积流量比、钻杆旋转与偏心等因素对岩屑运移的影响规律进行了深入的研究。结果表明,对岩屑运移起主导作用的是液相流量,气液体积流量比对岩屑运移的影响相对较小,钻杆偏心或旋转对岩屑运移的影响具有不确定性;但在钻杆处于偏心位置时旋转钻杆,最有利于岩屑的运移。Based on fluid mechanics principle,similarity theory and dimension analysis,a set of physical simulation devices of multiphase complicated flow in horizontal annulus of ERW are independently designed and developed.It can realize visual physical simulation of regular or low-density drilling fluid carrying cuttings complicated flow.An experimental study on cuttings transport in horizontal annulus of aerated underbalance drilling is carried out and the influence of different gas-liquid ratios,rotation and eccentricity of drill pipes and other factors on cuttings transport in horizontal annulus is obtained.The results show that liquid rate has a significant influence on cuttings transport while the gas-liquid ratios effect is relative small,drill pipes rotation or eccentricity effect is uncertain,but rotating drill pipes when it is in the eccentric position is most beneficial to cuttings transport.
