摘 要:切削振动会对涂层结合强度产生一定的影响,强烈地振动甚至会导致涂层的脱落。在不同主轴转速下,通过对Fe基涂层加工过程中的振动进行测量,并与基体材料45钢进行对比,分析了Fe基非晶涂层切削加工过程中的振动特性。结果表明:45钢在切削过程中的振动只包含自激振动;Fe基涂层切削过程中的振动包含自激振动和强迫振动,且主轴转速越高,切削力越大,涂层受迫力随之增大,Fe基涂层切削加工振动加速度幅值越大。For the coating,cutting vibration will have a certain impact on the bonding strength of the coating,and strong vibration even lead to the fall off of the coating.Under different rotational speed,the vibration of Febased amorphous coating were measured and compared with the matrix material 45 steel,and analyzes the vibration characteristics of Fe-based amorphous coating during the cutting process.The results showed that vibration of 45 steel in the process of cutting consists of a self-excited vibration; vibration of Fe-based amorphous coating in the cutting process consists of self-excited vibration and the forced vibration,and the spindle speed is higher,the greater the cutting force,coating forced force increases,the vibration acceleration amplitude of Fe-based amorphous coating in the cutting process is larger.
