摘  要:采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨,盐酸清洗之后,取代传统的水清洗方法,加入碱(NaOH)溶液中和溶液中的H+,直到溶液变为中性为止,真空冷冻干燥获得氧化石墨。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、拉曼光谱(Raman),X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)对氧化石墨的化学结构及性能进行表征。结果表明,碱洗氧化石墨的层间距为0.82 nm,石墨层间成功地插入了羟基(C—OH)、羧基(—COOH)、环氧基(C—O—C)等含氧官能团,Raman分析证实碱洗氧化石墨结构良好,微晶尺寸La=5.05 nm,SP^2平面域尺寸有微弱的增加,表明碱对氧化石墨有一定的还原性。该法简单容易,可快速制备氧化石墨,为氧化石墨的大量生产提供了一个新的途径。Graphite oxide was prepared from natural flake graphite via improved Hummers methods.After washed by HCl solution,The Na OH solution was added instead of deionized water until the pH approximately equal to 7 for neutral solutions,then graphite oxide was obtained by the vacuum freeze-drying method.The chemical structural and spectral analysis for graphite oxide were carried out by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),Raman spectrum analyzer( Raman) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The resultsshowed that Graphite Oxide washed with Na OH solution possessed a good structure and performance,the layer spacing is about 0.82 nm,graphite was inserted successfully into the C—OH,—COOH,C—O—C and other oxygen functional groups.the crystallite size parameter(La) was equal to 5.05 nm,SP2 hybrid long-range conjugated structures in graphite oxide was restored slightly.The method was simple and quick,it provided a new way for most practical applications of graphite oxide.
