摘 要:为了探究凤眼莲处理酒精废水的高效节能光源类型,采用红蓝光(红光波长650~660 nm,蓝光波长为450~470 nm)组合分别为红蓝光比(以后简写为R/B)8∶1、R/B 6∶1、R/B 4∶1、R/B 10∶0、R/B 0∶10的LED光源作为凤眼莲的生长光源,白光LED作对照,处理酒精废水。检测酒精废水中氨氮和总磷的含量变化,并监测凤眼莲自身的生长状况。结果表明:R/B 8∶1作为生长光源时,凤眼莲处理酒精废水的效果最好,可率先达到国家一级排放标准的A标准,而且凤眼莲的自身生长状况也最佳,叶片、分蘖数、鲜重增加最多;R/B 10∶0下,凤眼莲株高降低最多,为2.8 cm,根长增加最多,为5 cm;而R/B 0∶10下,凤眼莲株高增加最多,为4 cm,根长不变,增加最少。In order to explore the best grow lights for Echhornia crassipes treating ethanol wastewater,different light qualities light emitting diode( LED) were using as Echhornia crassipes' grow lights to compare with the white LED grow lights,including red/blue( R/B) 8∶1,R/B 6∶1,R/B 4∶1,R/B 10∶0 and R/B 0∶10.In addition,the red lights' wave band is 650 nm to 660 nm and the blue lights' is 450 nm to 470 nm.During the process of Echhornia crassipes treating ethanol wastewater,investigating the ammonia nitrogen content,the total phosphorous content of the wastewater,and the development of Echhornia crassipes.The results showed that R/B 8∶1 can extremely promote Echhornia crassipes' removal of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorous.And in that case,the treated wastewater's ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorous content can meet the state's highest standards firstly.Besides,the Echhornia crassipes' increments of leafs,tillering and fresh weight are the largest.The Echhornia crassipes has the highest decrease in plant height and the greatest increase in root length under the R/B 10∶0 grow lights.The decrease is 2.8 cm and the increase is 5 cm.But the Echhornia crassipes under the R/B 0∶10 grow lights is complete reverse.Its increase in plant height is the highest and the root length stay the same.The increment of plant height is 4 cm.
