摘  要:中缅天然气管道积液导致管输效率低、腐蚀加快、管道节点压力高,目前采取频繁的清管措施,不但影响正常供气,还存在磨损管壁、卡球、憋压等风险,给安全生产带来了极大隐患。为此,根据积液量越多管道节点压力越高的特点,提出通过确定管内压力升高到接近管道设计压力时临界积液量的方法,以此判定管道是否需要清管。首先根据气液两相流理论,采用OLGA多相流仿真软件,将管道沿线分布的温度、压力模拟值与实际运行参数进行对比以校核模型的准确性,然后分析了管道在不同输量下运行,达平衡态时的临界积液量。结果表明:当管道输量为1 000 m^3/d时,管内积液量最大为3 100 m^3;且随着输量的不断增大,管内临界积液量逐渐降低;为减少清管次数可增大输量到3 500 m^3/d。该成果对提高起伏管线输送效率、降低能耗和清管风险具有重要意义。In the natural gas pipeline of China-Burma,pipeline effusion resulted in low efficiency of operation,high corrosion rate,and high pressure on each joint of this line.The present frequently-adopted pigging measures not only influenced the normal gas supply but posed a great potential risk in safe operation of pipelines because of the resulted unpiggable obstacles.In view of this,based on the characteristics of the more effusion the more pressure in the pipeline.A method has been putted forward that according to the pressures rises to the pipeline design to determine if the pipeline need to be pig.Firstly,by utilizing the multiphase flow simulation software of OLGA,the calculated values of temperature and pressure along the pipeline were compared with the field parameters to guarantee the model's accuracy; then,the critical volume was analyzed under different throughput operation when the pipeline ran to balance.The results showed that,with the increase of effusion produced in the pipeline,the maximum pressure increased.When the throughput increased to 1 000×104m^3/d,the effusion quantity reached the highest of 3 110 m^3.In order to reduce the number of pigging,the throughput could be increased to 3 500×104m^3/d.This study can avoid the frequent pigging operation in pipeline maintenance,improve the effiency of ups and downs of pipeline,reduce the energy consumption,and mitigate the pigging risk.
