摘　　要：目的 探讨应用经肱肌显露接骨板内置法治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法 对2009年11月-2014年9月收治的34例肱骨干骨折患者应用经肱肌显露接骨板内置法治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 34例肱骨干骨折完全愈合,根据Neer评分标准评定肩关节功能,优26例,良5例,可3例,优良率达91.18％;以Jupiter肘关节评分系统评价肘关节功能,优22例,良8例,可4例,优良率达85.29％.结论 经肱肌显露接骨板内置法治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效确切,具有并发症少、恢复快等特点.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the application of invasive plate osteosynthesis by brachialis exposure in treating humeral shaft fractures. Methods From November 2006 to September 2013, clinical data of 34 cases of invasive plate osteosynthesis by brachialis exposure in treating humeral shaft fractures in our hospital was analyzed. Results Humeral shaft fractures in 34 patients completely healed.Assessed shoulder function according to Neer score, excellent in 26 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 3 cases. Excellent and good rate was 91.17%. Assessed elbow function according to Jupiter elbow score system, excellent in 22 cases, good 8 cases, 4 ordinary, excellent and good rate was 88.24%. Conclusion Invasive plate osteosynthesis by brachialis exposure is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures,with fewer complications, faster recovery characteristics.
