摘 要:目的 对辽宁省7种老鹳草属植物进行亲缘关系和遗传多样性研究.方法 通过ISSR分子标记对195份、7种老鹳草材料进行遗传多样性分析和聚类分析.结果 8条ISSR引物扩增出149条清晰的条带,其中多态性条带146条(占97.99%).不同老鹳草种群的基因多样性指数在0.1155~0.2907之间,平均为0.1641;Shannon信息指数范围为0.1981~0.4393,平均为0.2687.两指数均以块根老鹳草种群最高,长白老鹳草次之,之后依次为毛蕊老鹳草、突节老鹳草、鼠掌老鹳草、老鹳草和朝鲜老鹳草.UPGMA聚类结果表明,在相似系数为0.55处,可将7种老鹳草分为4类.结论 7种老鹳草资源的聚类结果与原植物形态、生长环境的分布等相吻合,且种间、种内均具有丰富的遗传多样性.Objective To analyze the genetic relationships and diversity among seven species of Geranium from mountain areas of Liaoning Provience. Methods To evaluate genetic diversity and relationship of Geranium in Liaoning Provience, we characterized a total of 195 accessions belonging to seven species. Results 8 ISSR primers produced 149 unambiguous bands generated, 146 of which were polymorphic, with the rate of polymorphic bands of 97.99%. Nei's gene diversity and Shannon's information index ranged from 0.115 5-0.290 7 and 0.198 1 -0.439 3, respectively, in different geographic groups. The Geranium dahuricum DC group showed the highest value, followed by Geranium baishanense Y.L. Chang group,then successively, Geranium eriostemon Fish. ex DC. Geranium Krameri Franch. et Sav. Enum. Geranium sibiricum L, Geranium wilfordii Maxim. and Geranium franchetii R.Kunth. groups. The cluster analysis presented that these resources were divided into four main groups using UPGMA based on the similarity coefficient of 0.55. Conclusion The clustering result of seven species in Geranium Consistents with the original plant morphology, distribution growth environment and so on, and has abundant genetic diversity both Interspecific and intraspecific.
