丙泊酚复合地佐辛用于无痛取卵手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丙泊酚复合地佐辛在生殖科取卵手术中的安全性和有效性。方法:选取择期行取卵手术的的患者100例,随机分为丙泊酚复合芬太尼组(F组)和丙泊酚复合地佐辛组(D组),观察和比较两组患者麻醉前(T0)、手术开始时(T1)、10min(T2)和手术结束时刻(T3)的呼吸、血压、心率、SPO_2的变化情况,意识丧失和唤醒时间,丙泊酚用量和不良反应的发生情况。对记录的数据进行组间比较,计量资料采用x±s,采用t检验,计数资料采用x2检验。结果:两组患者给药前后不同时点的心率、血压变化和意识丧失时间比较均无统计学差异,但D组丙泊酚用量低于F组,唤醒时间短于F组,F组疼痛和恶心的发生率高于D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合地佐辛在生殖科取卵手术中可以提供相对较好的麻醉效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of using propofol combined with dezocine in patients undergoing painless oocyte retrieval. Methods： One hundred women who required painless oocyte retrieval were randomly divided into two groups：propofol-fentanyl（1 μg/kg group（group F, n=50）and propofol-dezocine（0.1 mg/kg） group（group D, n=50）. The vital signs（MAP, HR,SPO_2, RR）at the time of T0, T1, T2, T3, the period of loss consciousness and awake time and the dosage of propofol were recoreded during the operation. After finish the operation, the scores of pain and discomfort were registered. Data were compared between groups.Data processing and statistical analysis using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis package, the measurement data used t- test, counting card information using the x2 test. Results： There was no significant difference in vital signs at different time between the two groups. The dosage of propofol in group F was significant much more than that in group D（P〈0.05）. The awake time of group D is also shorter than that in group F. The incidence of side effect（nausea and vomiting）in group F is higher than another group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Propofol combined with dezocine would provide a satisfactory anesthetic effect during oocyte retrieval.
