摘　　要：目的:探究针刺对肝郁化火型失眠患者血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量及蛋白激酶C(PKC)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因表达水平的影响。方法:选取我院针灸科收治失眠,肝郁化火型住院患者,共120例。随机分为两组,对照组60例予以枣仁安神胶囊治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组基础上予以针刺四神聪穴(百会穴前后左右各相去1寸)。检测并比较患者血清中NE含量,RT-PCR检测脑组织中PKC、BDNF基因表达水平。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者的NE水平均降低,PKC、BDNF水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的NE水平较低,PKC、BDNF水平较高(P<0.05),实验组患者的治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能够明显降低肝郁化火型失眠患者血清中NE水平,升高脑组织中PKC及BDNF基因转录水平,对临床有指导意义。Objective： To explore the influence of acupuncture on the serum norepinephrine（NE） content and protein kinase C（PKC）, brain derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF） gene expression level in patients with insomnia of type of stagnation of liver fire. Methods：120 patients with insomnia of type of stagnation of liver fire were selected from the Acupuncture Department of our hospital insomnia and randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in control group were treated with zaorenanshen Capsule on treating; 60 cases in the treatment group were given Sishencong acupuncture（Baihui around each phase to 1 inch） on the basis of control group. The serum NE level, and PKC, BDNF gene expression in brain tissues was detected and compared between two groups. Results： Compared with before treatment, the NE level in two groups of patients was decreased, and the PKC, BDNF level was significantly increased（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the NE level was lower while PKC and BDNF was higher in the experimental group（P〈0.05）. The total efficiency was higher in experimental group than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The acupuncture can significantly decrease the serum NE content and increase the transcription level of PKC and BDNF in brain tissues of patients with insomnia of type of stagnation of liver fire.
