摘 要:目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价2型糖尿病(T2MD)及合并高尿酸血症(HUA)患者颈动脉弹性的变化。方法:应用ET技术检测76例T2DM患者(其中合并HUA者为A组39例;尿酸正常者为B组37例)及40例健康体检者(C对照组)颈动脉弹性,计算僵硬度指数(β)、颈动脉压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、扩张指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)等各指标的变化。结果:A组研究对象β、EP、PWVβ水平均显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05),AC水平显著低于B组与C组(P<0.05);B组研究对象β、EP、PWVβ水平均显著高于C组(P<0.05),AC水平显著低于C组(P<0.05),各组间AI均无统计学意义。结论:ET技术能发现2型糖尿病及合并高尿酸血症患者早期颈动脉弹性的变化。Objective: To evaluate the change of carotid elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) combined with hyperuricemia(HUA) by echo-tracking technology(ET). Methods: The carotid elasticity of 76 patients with T2DM(39 cases of high uric acid hematic as group A and 37 cases of normal uric acid as group B) and 40 healthy examined people were detected by ET. the level of stiffness parameters(β), arterial compliance(AC), pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep), pulse wave conducting velocity(PWVβ) and augmentation index(AI)among the three groups were detected and compared by ET technology. Results: The levels of β, EP and PWVβ in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B and group C(P〈0.05), and the level of AC in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B and group C(P〈0.05). The level of β, EP and PWVβ in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group C, and the level of AC in the group B was significantly lower than that of group C(P〈0.05). There was no statistical difference in AI among these groups. Conclusion: The early elastic changes of carotid artery in patients with T2 DM combined with hyperuricemia can be diagnosed by ET.
