摘  要:目的:研究不同体力活动水平对高血压患者心肺耐力及运动血压的影响。方法:选取原发无合并症中老年1、2级高血压患者206例,普通健康中老年人200例,年龄45~65岁。将全部受试者按血压及体力活动水平分为正常低体力活动组(NLP组)、正常中体力活动组(NMP组)、高血压低体力活动组(HLP组)和高血压中体力活动组(HMP组)。进行国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)调查与运动负荷试验。结果:1)与HLP组比较,HMP组的VO2/Kg@peak和METs具有显著性差异(P〈0.05);2)与HLP组比较,HMP组的起始SBP、SBP变化幅度、安静DBP、起始DBP、恢复DBP以及DBP变化幅度具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:1)中等体力活动高血压患者心肺耐力高于低体力活动者;2)与低体力活动的高血压患者相比,中等体力活动的高血压患者安静状态舒张压更低,运动结束后收缩压、舒张压下降更明显。Objective: This study aimed at exploring the effect of different physical activity levels on cardiorespiratory fitness and blood pressure during exercise of hypertension patients. Methods: Two hundred and six 45- 65 years old hypertension patients and 200 healthy people were selected and divided into normal blood pressure with low physical activity group( NLP),normal blood pressure with medium physical activity level group( NMP),hypertension with low physical activity group( HLP), and hypertension with medium physical activity group( HMP). All the people finished the international physical activity questionnaire( IPAQ) and exercise test. Results: 1) Compared with NLP,there were significant differences in VO2/ Kg@ peak and METs of HMP( P〈0.05). 2. Compared with HLP,there were significant differences in SBPrest,SBP change range,DBPrest,DBPrecovery and DBP change range( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: 1) The hypertension patients with medium physical activity level have higher cardiorespiratory fitness than patients with low physical activity level. 2) Compared with patients with low physical activity level,the rest DBP of patients with medium physical activity level is lower,SBP and DBP decrease more after exercise.
