摘　　要：为有效地节约卫生监督资源,促进企业自律,昆山市卫生监督所推行以"常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范和常自律"为主体的"五常法"管理模式。作者从推行方法、实施特点和取得成效等方面对"五常法"管理进行详细介绍,并就推行过程中存在的问题做进一步思考。To effectively save health supervision resources, promote self-discipline, Kunshan health supervision implemented ＂5S＂ management model with ＂structurise, systematise, sanitise, standardise and self–discipline＂ as the main body. The author introduced the method, characteristic and the results of ＂5S＂ in detail and also the further thinking of the problems existing in the carrying out process.
