摘  要:目的对双相亚利桑那亚种肠道沙门菌进行种属、血清型及序列型的病原学鉴定。方法对5株来自散发腹泻患者粪便样本的可疑双相亚利桑那亚种肠道沙门菌在系统生化鉴定的基础上,应用实时荧光PCR方法进行分子检测、血清凝集、MLST分型及药敏试验。结果 VITEK系统生化鉴定3株为双相亚利桑那亚种肠道沙门菌,其中2株菌沙门菌特异性种属基因hisJ阳性,经血清学鉴定为肠道沙门菌双相亚利桑那亚种61:l,v:1,5,(7),MLST序列分型为ST1850,12种抗生素的MIC药敏试验显示2株菌除对链霉素耐药外,其他均为敏感。结论从腹泻患者监测样本中分离的2株双相亚利桑那亚种肠道沙门菌血清型为61:l,v:1,5,(7),序列型为ST1850,提示该型别沙门菌在人间散发存在,今后应加强该菌型的监测,提高实验室检测能力,并开展有针对性的溯源。Objective To identify Salmonella subspecies diarizonae isolates by serotyping and MLST. Methods Five suspected Salmonella enterica subspecies diarizonae strains were isolated from fecal samples of patients with diarrhea.Besides regular biochemical assays,bacterial species and genotype were identified by realtime PCR and MLST.Antimicrobial susceptibility test was also performed. Results VITEK 2Compact systematic identification revealed that 3out of 5strains belonged to S.diarizonae,and 2strains were found hisJ positive and further identified as Salmonella enterica subspecies diarizonae 61:l,v:1,5,(7)by serotyping,and the sequence type was ST1850 by MLST.The two isolates were sensitive to twelve antibiotics except for streptomycin by MIC assay. Conclusions Two Salmonella isolates from the sporadic cases of diarrheal surveillance are identified as S.diarizonae 61:l,v:1,5,(7),ST1850,suggesting that S.diarizonae does exist sporadically in human,which requires strict surveillance.
