摘　　要：医院院长的岗位是重要的、关键的领导岗位。院长肩负着组织和广大医务人员的重托,责任重大。通过对现代医院管理的发展趋势的分析,总结经验,面向世界、面向现代化、面向未来,深入了解现代医院管理发展趋势对院长领导能力素质的基本要求,对于挑起院长的领导重任,推进医院全面建设,提高医院科学管理水平,具有重要的现实意义和指导意义。The position of hospital dean is an important key leadership positions.It takes the responsibility of organization and trust from medical staff.Through analyzing the development trend of modern hospital management and summing up experience,this paper insight into the basic requirement of hospital deans＇ leadership responsibility from the view of development trend of modern hospital management,which has important practical and guiding significance to promote the overall hospital construction and to improve hospital scientific management level.
