摘　　要：通过对本例桡骨骨折内固定术后钢板断裂、骨折不愈合医疗纠纷司法鉴定案例的回顾性分析,提出此类医疗纠纷司法鉴定中应当注意的鉴定要点,如骨折内固定术后钢板断裂的常见因素、鉴定时应当参考的鉴定标准以及医疗过错参与度中应当注意的问题,以期为客观、公正鉴定此类医疗纠纷提供思路和方法。Through the retrospective analysis of judicial authentication cases of medical disputes on fracture of steel plate after radial fracture internal fixation operation and fracture non-unions postoperative respects,the article puts forward such points that we should consider now in the judicial authentication of medical disputes as the common factors of steel plate fracture after radial fracture internal fixation operation,some problems of the standards of reference that we authenticates some cases and some problems in the participation of the medical fault,providing the ideas and methods of the objective and fair authentication about such medical disputes.
